The second book from Shortgrass Publishing will be a humorous look at the history of Hobart. It will include anecdotes supported by drawings by a noted Hobart artist. It will be available in the fall of 2008.

In the beginning, God created the Heavens and the Earth....and Hobart.
12,000 Years Ago, woolly mammoths inhabited Hobart. They were not defensive linemen for the Bearcats.
December 20, 1803, Hobart and some other land was sold by France to the fledgling United States of America. The whole shebang was called the Louisiana Purchase.
